About The Organization
Hailey Ice is the non profit that runs the Campion Ice House in Hailey and also provides a free outdoor seasonal rink in the winter at the Rodeo Grounds at Wertheimer Park. We offer public skating, curling, youth and adult hockey, and we are home to Sun Valley Youth Hockey and the SUNS Senior Men's A hockey team. We are more than just a rink, but rather a community gathering place for visitors and residents alike!
Mission
Our mission is to provide an affordable skating facility in Hailey, while also promoting and educating the community in ice sports for recreation, physical, and mental development.
Vision
Our vision is to continue to offer our current programming, while continuing to grow our offerings to the community. We have gradually become a year round ice skating facility and would like to be able to maintain yearly operations. We are also excited to add additional space to our facility ( locker rooms, female athlete locker room, loaner gear storage, and expanded cafe). We are currently in fundraising mode to raise $3 million for our project.
